Evo konačno da i ja predstavim svoju ljubav, inače nisam forumaš nego istinski ljubitelj vw-a a posebno Mk II GTi ,pa mi je trebalo dugo da predstavim svoj auto. Neki od vas su ga vidjeli a neki ne, uglavnom radio se o MK II GTI G60 LA9V, 1990 god. auto nije bio orginal Edition one, pošto sam imao GTi 16v edition one prije njega sve edition detalje sam prenizao na G60 , od siglachrom stakala , edition znakića na blatobranima, el. recaro, tapacirunzi, edition one naljepnica na haubi bbs-ke rm 012 pa poslje i rs....., boja je takođe od edition one LA9V , tako da je auto sada orginal edition one..., uglavnom auto je bio orginalan u svakom smislu, ( šteta što nemem slika kad sam ga kupio ) odignut meter od poda , žute žmige , žute štoplampe... auto sam kupio koncem 2006 i imao je orginalnih 192 304 km, motor i lader bez ikakvog tuninga apsolutno stock. Od seriske opreme posjeduje : El. podizače prozora, el. podizače farova, el. podešavanje visine sjedišta,centalna brava, ABS , Servo...Na limu je bilo malo korozije pa sam mi je to bio prioritet :

Poslje limarenja na red je došao ovjes , tuning motora... malo sam oprobao rs 070 i rs 071 , širina naprijed 7x15 et 16 i 8x15 et 18 otraga, ugradio sam gewinde Inter Alloy,auto seriski ima veliki IC i sive dizne ( 350 ccm ), što se tiče tuninga na motoru radio sam sljedeće :

- 68 remenica
- SlS chip ( P3RS chip , koji podržava i orginal remenicu , inače kada voziš sa org. remenicom razlike između chipova nema i nema povećanja snage -neznatno , a u kombinaciji sa 68 remenicom tu kvalitetan chip dolazi do izražaja, vozio sam i sa ottingerom ali sls se pokazao boljim )
- baypass
- K&N panel
- 4-2-1 ispušna

Inače da spomenem da sam nastupao par puta na Sr-u i i osvijo 1 mj na sa-mo street race 2007 u 15 klasi, Vrijeme auta 14.3xx

68 remenicu sam stavljao povremeno , nisam vozio često na njoj , iz razloga što je G-lader bio orginl , nikad otvaran¸( 212 tkm ) , ja sam samo promjenio remen tako da sam bio siguran da se ne saspe, Lader je dihtao dobro sa 68 remenicom 1.1 bar , ali najviše iz preventivnih razloga sam se odlučio poslati lader u SLStuning.de. neznam koliko ste upoznati sa tom tuning kućom , za vw koncern je jedna od bolji a za G60 definitivno najbolja, ugrađuju orginl vw setove za lader ( semerinzi , dihtunzi, ležajevi i trkice ) Odlučio sa uraditi Rs2 verziju ladera ( širenje usisnog i ispušnog trakta , otvaranje dodatna dva kanalića na kućištima , obrada pregrada na ispušnom dijelu )a prije slanja sam ga rastavio da provjerim kakavo je stanje unutra , slike :

Lader je bio zdrav, spakovao ga i spremio , nakon cca mjesec dana stiže pošiljka iz Germany :rotfl

Nosač ladera sam morao proturpijati pošto na rs2 laderu dolazi 20 mm remen ( org je 8 mm ) tako da bi mu napravio prostor da nestruže :

Evo napravio sam prva testiranja sa Rs2 Laderom tuned by SLS,( kvalitet nije naj bolji , snimano mob-om ) podatci nisu loši, naravno da nisu 100 % točni i da su okoprilike , iz mjesta na 1300 m po brzinomjeru hvata 230 km/h, od o-200 km/h cca 21 sec +- od 100-200 km/h cca 13-14 sec , evo i video sa dvije osobe unutra i zašaltavanje u 3 br. ( vanjska temp. 38 )

Evo mali upade, Street race Mostar 27.09.09 odvezao sam race čisto da vidim potencijal auta, auto nije bilo 100 % spremno za race , imao sam poteškoća sa prebacivanjem brzina iz 2 u 3 br. taj problem je već duže vrijema prisutan ( ako auto poderem iznad 6000 o/min i želim brzo promjeniti brzini neće ući ) stoga sam iz 2 u 3 išao do 6000 o/min i prešaltam kao baba i dalje voll gass.vjerujem da se tu gubilo dosta , inače nisam nezadovoljan kako auto ide ali siguran sam da može još bolje ( još vozim na stock bergastoj i stock regulatoru tlaka goriva, kada se to zamjeni i još par stvarčica vjerujem da cu ulaziti u 13 , Sr mi nije prioritet , velim htio sam provjeriti kapacitet auta. na krju vrijeme auta je bilo 14.138 a vrijeme sa reakcijom 14.433.. Na Mostraskoj pisti nitko nije napravio svoj najbolji rezultat ( vjerojatno zbog lošijeg gripa ), stoga na ostalim stazama to je par stotinka dole . Evo par slika

Evo mali upade, došlo vrijeme za zamjenu ulja i filtera ( do sada sam koristio Castrol Rs 10w-60, bio sam zadovoljan sa njim ali sam sumljao u orginalnost ulja, Liqui moly sam dobio iz swiss ):

zatim sam se bacio na pripremanje i bojanje čeličnih felgi ( pošto ih svake zime bojim nevidim razlog zašto bi i ova bila iznimka :rotfl , jedne u mat crno, sljedeće u glanjc crno , itd.. odučio sam ih obajati u orginal sivu boju )
prvo je felge trebalo dobo ošmirglat:

Prije puta sam poručio svijećice Polo G40 ( stupanj hladnije od Golfovih ) i regulator tlaka goriva od Porshe 944 3.5 bar

Pozdravw društvo, evo nešto se radilo na G-ladiatoru pa da podijelim sa vama.

Glava motora skinuta ( ide na širenje i polirnje usisnih i ispušni kanala ) , usisna grana takođe

SLS asimetrična bregasta 256/276 , inače samo sls ima tu bregastu u ponudi, overlap je minimalan i gubitak tlaka u nižim okretajima, to je shirck bregasta 268/276 koju sls obrađuje na 256/276 ;x

Glava motora , usisna grana i klapana gasa, su obrađene . Klapna gasa je proširena za 6 mm , usisna grana cca 5 mm, a kanali u glavi od 4-6 mm, bregasta namontirana, sada sljedi skapanje motora..

umeđu vremenu poručene orginalne opruge ventila ( Ivan :palacg ), pošto je lift bregaste 11.5 a to je zadnja granica za seriske opruge a sada ce biti iložene većem naporu stoga sam ih odlučio zamjeniti

Auto je sklopljen prije 15-ak dana , auto se se nije dao uštelat po upustvu koje sam dobio iz sls-a, pa sam malo šnjuhao po autu i elekrtronici ( a to mi nije jača strana ) da bih otkrio da mi je lamda crkla, zamjenim lamdu , naštelam paljenje i Co i gasss....

Razlike u odnosu na ranije su :

- auto kada je hladan nemirnije radi, čak ujutro malo i trokira dok se nepočme grijat, kada se zagrije radi super,
- sa obradom glave pritisak ladera je pao za 0.25 bar ( što znači da je glava dosta proširena , sa 16v glavom pritisak pada za cca 0.3 bar , znači da je protočnost u glavi dobra )
- auto je sada na zimskom set-up i 72 mm remenicom ineide lošije nego prije sa 68 , što znači da je se dobilo 20-30 ks
- auto ima znatno više nm i ks, odlično vuče iz niskih okretaja a kada dođe na 5500 rpm nastupi nova erupcija snage i vuče do 7000 rpm snažno

Prije montaže morao sam dihtunge na usisnoj i ispušnoj grani proširit pošto su usisni i ispušni kanali znato širi , takođe sam morao malo modificirati i ispušne grane, evo koja slikica :

Po meni jedini nedostatak na ovom set-up je što auto nemirno radi dok je hladan ali kad se zagrije i pritisneš gas sve zaboravljaš :rotfl

BBS Rs su na jednom lijepom i urednom mk2 GTI 16v ( nadam se da ce se pokazat u Karlovcu ), pa sam odlučio srediti svoje rm. Znam da ce te reć da više te bbs iskaču iz paštete i da je scena prezasićena njima , ali ja mislim da je svaki auto priča za sebe i ako ih ima toliko mnogo još mi je draže , jer to znači da nam je scena napredovala :palacg

Prošle godine sam kupio 2 nove sportive i gume su jako loše, njih ću staviti naprijed da ih prije potrošim , a zamjena čeka u box-u :lol2

Pozdravw , ništa posebno se nije radilo na G-ladiatoru , kupio sam uljni hladnjak Mocal 10 rebara ( međuploča, crijeva i hladnjak ) hvala prijatelju essi :palacg

Budući da G60 voli zagrijavat ulje ovo je bilo rješenje , ali postoji i druga strana priče a to je da se ulje nesmije prviše hladiti radi trakica u G-laderu. Toplota ulja zagrije trakice i one se smekšaju i tada bolje dihtaju i minimalno se troše i minimalni habaju kućište ( ako je ulje ispod 80 one su krute i puno brže se troše i one pa čak i kućište ), stoga idealna temperatura je od 90-110 , zato nisam htio ugrađivati veći uljni hladnjak od ovoga ( 10 rebara )

Razmišljao sam gdje ga istalirati , nisam htio zaklanjati IC i nisam htio piliti plastike ( usmjerivače zraka na IC ) ili pak urezivati branik a morao sam paziti da crijeva nebudu previše duga jer u tom sločaju će padati tlak ulja, pa mi se ovo činilo kao najbolje mjesto , crijeva su dosta kratka , jedina mana je što je ipak malo nisko ( viši je u odnusu na karter 1.5-2 cm ) mislim da je dovoljno

Temp ulja na auto putu normalne vožnje ja 92-94 tešlo može doć na 110 ( ako se baš forsira )

putem u Karlovac neplanski smo sreli bijeli audi s3 8P ,pa smo se probali od 150-240/50 km/h i bježim mu cca 6 dužina auta , velim to je bilo neplanski pa nismo imali kad izvadit aparat da snimimo , drugu rundu smo zabilježili ali je naišao velikom brzinom pokraj nas a bio je uspon pa smo tek njegovu brzinu uhvatili na cca 220 i lagano ga sustizali do 265 km/h ( po tachu ) 5 brzina na 6900 tu smo pustili jer se odvojio šiber na desnoj strani (pred kraj snike se čuje kada počme šuštat zrak ) iznad te brzine se nebih usudio držat , jer se cijeli auto trese i jednostavno nije napravljen za toga , sve iznad 240-250 u ovom autu je rizik

Pozdravw vwagen-ovci , ništa se posebno nije radilo na Unit-u, ovo ljeto sam većinom se vozio i uživao :vozi

Nedavno sam nabasao na jedan jako rjedak "mislim" Oem dio. Radi se o električnom šiberu za duju. Koliko sam upoznat dolazio je samo na nekim"high tech" modelima ( swiss tržište ). Odmah sam ga prisvojio , a vlasniku prebacio svoj ručni :rolleyes:

Pozdravw , pošto je zima i auto se slabo ili nikako nevozi , odlučio sam popraviti neke dotrajale stvari pa krenimo redom.

Od servisa G-ladera sam prošao 20-ak tkm , pa sam odlučio zamjeniti zupčasti remen, kod mene je remen 21 mm širok ( seriski je 8 mm ) sa njm bi se trebalo vozit sigurno 40-50 tkm na malim remenicama , ali neisplati se ispitivati granice za 20-ak eur
