Just moved here last month from the states. Looking forward to seeing what the vw scene has to offer out here... as I said, I just moved here and am still learning the language, so I apologize for only speaking English.

Before I moved I sold my 72 Baja

Then 10 days before I left my stage 2 2.0t burned down due to a faulty a/c fan switch

This is my new 68, I have drop spindles, exhaust, new interior stuff and a few other Things ready to go in. 35c6a11fa9283d7b373b0333ecec5cb2.jpg

And non vw I have this which will be shipped over after winter

It's a 2013 iron 883, which is as rebuilt to a 1250

And chopped.

If you see me say hi

Nice mkVI. At least it was ??

For comments you need to open a new topic just for that and then copy the link to this topic and then we can follow that link and make comments for your cars and bike as well.

You moved where in Croatia? How long you are planning to stay here? You are working here or?

Posted

I don't follow on the comments?

Yeah I moved here, don't plan on leaving, I am opening a small hair studio and possible art gallery.

Hallo :)

There are two divided threads for projects, in one you put pictures and description of what you do to the car, and you open another with link on the first one for the comments...

Don't comment in others threads with project (there is always link for comments in project thread)

Ah I got it!

Hi,

I just read that DEA came to Croatia, so say no more :D

I live near the HD dealership/service in Zagreb, I guess you'll be going this way every once in a while.

Croatian is not that easy to learn, as you probably already know :) My friend (and also my boss) is from England, he's been living here for 9 years and he still sucks at speaking our language. As he says, most people here are ok with English so why should he learn Croatian :D

My mother in law and half my wife's family doesn't speak English, and truth be told, I think it's a little rude to move to someone's country and not learn the language and history, plus Croatian isn't easy but it's not the hardest to learn either.

So is there a special thread to put the comment sections?

And if anyone is off Friday and wants to hang out while I install my drop spindles, let me know.
